You will receive a training program that is 12+ weeks long. In those 12+ weeks, you will go through 4 main Training Blocks, with each one serving a different purpose (i.e. Max Strength & RFD, Peak Power, Absolute Speed, etc.). Each Training Block consists of 3-4 weekly sessions that are both home- and pitch-based targeting maximum strength, speed & power.

The Power Code is perfect for any player that is 15+ years old and looking to build the foundation for energy-efficient movement, strength, speed, and power. 

I would highly suggest you perform the program under expert supervision though for better results and security.
